Returns and Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges.
Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact us via call or WhatsApp at +91 8875927393 within 5 days of receiving your order.
Return Process: Once we receive and verify the returned items at our warehouse, we will process your request as per your preference
Replacement
Refund: For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will only be issued to the bank account of the individual whose name is on the billing details.
Please note that only the product amount is eligible for a refund. Fees such as gift wrapping, shipping, cash on delivery, custom duties, etc., are non-refundable.
Product Photography
Our products are photographed under controlled lighting conditions to ensure accuracy. However, there may be slight variations in color when viewed under different lighting conditions. We strive to maintain the originality and authenticity of our product images to the utmost extent.
Shipping and Delivery
We generally deliver all orders within 6-8 business days. If your order requires customization or is made-to-order, the delivery time may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you in advance.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 6 hours of placing it by contacting us at [insert email]. Early cancellations help us avoid unnecessary shipping costs and effort.
Before Dispatch: If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will refund the full amount (for prepaid orders) to the original payment method.
After Dispatch: If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, we will refund the amount minus shipping charges (for prepaid orders) for both forward and return shipments. Refunds will be issued once we have received the returned product.
Please note that the decision regarding the cancellation made by Kaamari is final, and the customer agrees to accept Kaamari’s decision.

Taxes and Duties
Within India: All taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on our website.
Outside India: For international orders, customs duties and local taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to our shipping partner at the time of delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depends on the policies of the destination country.
